BIO-15 - Wireless Fingerprint Reader
BIO-15, flush mount version of Microlatch Wireless Fingerprint Door Access unit is a unique
and worldwide patented RF door access unit that requires:
• NO communication connections
• NO cards
• NO Fob's
• NO Keys
• NO installation hassles with wiring
All you need to do is just press and match your finger for identification and entry. Unlike
other biometric access control systems, which rely on complicated PC software for high end
applications, this self-contained Microlatch RF Wall Mount unit communicates wirelessly with the
receiver, utilising latest RF technology, and may also be combined to operate an alarm system or
lighting for easy and secure access control. i.e. No more lost keys and forgotten PINs!
Microlatch wireless fingerprint access control could well be the easiest system to install on the
market, thanks to its wireless nature. Also with its built-in code encryption technology
and the simple, user-friendly interface, the result is a secure, yet convenient security product. It is
definitely ideal for Smart Home or small Commercial applications with internal storage for up to 30
fingerprint templates.
The complete package consists of - a battery-operated fingerprint door unit which can be
wirelessly mounted anywhere near your door, and a Plug & Hide RF receiver box with back up
battery in case of power failure.

BIO-15 + RF Receiver (REC-18) + Plug Pack + RTE
For packaged access solutions, the combination of BIO-15 plus REC-18 RF Receiver with 'door
chime' is the ideal solution. For applications in small office or residential, the RF combination offers
a fail condition that activates the 'door chime' as a request for attention.

The 'door chime' is activated when the input finger is not matched, otherwise a match will operate
the access door or security alarm system.

An electromechanical door strike (sold separately) is required to be fitted to the door if it is not
