Medical camp report of Rishilpi Development project at Satkhira, Bangladesh for flood affected people.

1. Emergency Medical Camp For the flood affected people September 20,2011 Mahmudpur and Kumira Talaupazilla, Satkhira

2. Voice from the children in flood affected area. We have no school so are playing on the road. We have been living with our parents at road side shelter. We have no food in our house, so my parents depend on relief from Government and NGOs. We feel very unwell here.

3. Rishilpi Health Programme has organized Emergency medical camp to serve the sick and helpless people at flood affected area providing treatment with necessary medicines. The medical camp began from 12 August 2011 and working continuously.

4. Rishilpi Emergency Medical Camp for flood victims Two medical team have organized two camp at Mahmudpur and Kumira Village of TalaUpazilla under Satkhira district and emergency medicines has been provided to the flood affected sick people. The team also taught the people how to prevent the water born diseases

5. Objective of the Emergency Medical Camp Provide medical support to the flood affected sick people with love and compassion to reduce their sufferings caused by water born diseases and prevent the diseases as well.

7. Diseases treated During medical camp we have documented the patient's history and medicine records that have been distributed to the clients. As of record/client resister we have found the following diseases in the flood affected were treated: dysentery, diarrhea, Pneumonia, fever with common cold, scabies and other skin diseases.
