The legal heirs of Maria Ladrido Ramos voluntarily waive their rights to a 1,310 square meter lot registered under her name in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. As the registered heirs did not improve or make the lot productive, they request that Gloria L. Ramos be given priority for the lot. The 10 heirs signed the affidavit of waiver in January 2014 affirming they waive all claims to the lot in favor of Gloria L. Ramos.

We, the undersigned are legal heirs of Maria LadridoRamos,all of legal ages,Filipinos and
residents at Barangay South Poblacion, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law depose say:
That we are the immediate heirs of Maria Ladrido Ramos (deceased)and sheis the registered
owner of a lot in Sabani Estatesituated at South Poblacion, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija known and identified
as Lot 17, Pcs-03-003892ARembraced with title Number CLOA -7619, with an area of one thousand
three hundred ten(1,0310) square meters more or less:
That we did never have or put up improvements on the lot or have cause the lot into productive
one;
That for this reason, We voluntarily waive our rights over the said lot as claimant and further
request that Gloria L. Ramos be given priority for the said lot.
