MADE A MANO combines ancient Italian handicraft
with modern style and technique.
MATERIALS
Terra cotta “CI”, “baked earth” is a blend of refined clays.
The mixture is shaped into forms while still wet and is
then fired to give it sturdiness and durability. It is suit-able
for wall and floor coverings.
Lavastone “PLL”, a raw stone sourced from Sicily’s
Mount Etna. The oldest recorded active volcano in the
world. It undergoes a special process called “majolica” to
trans- form it into ceramics. The result is amazing. The
glazed lavastone is resistant to frost, heat and stains.
It can be processed as polished, sawed, fluted or aged, and
it is suitable for almost any interior and exterior use.
