2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Pricing that is included on posters must be valid during the time of advertising.
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to supply finished artwork in the specified format
for the production of the advertisement.
• Booking request need to be sent to Justine Brown justine@nomadsworld.com by the 15 of
July 2011
• All brochures must be supplied to the shop by the 29th of August 2011 (an address will be
supplied to you on confirmation of your booking)
• Payment must be made by the 25th of July 2011, to ensure we have your brochures and
posters advertised in the shop. We also want to offer a 10% off EARLYBIRD SPECIAL to
those companies who pay prior to the 25th of July 2011. (payment options will be
supplied to you on confirmation of your booking)
• All artwork for posters must be supplied to Justine Brown by the 20th of July 2011.
• Mad Travel NZ Ltd has the right to decline any advertisement for any reason.
• Mad Travel NZ Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising in relation to
or in connection with any material supplied, or by alteration, or omission of any
advertisement.
• It is understood that the preferred positions are not guaranteed and are a request only.
We will work on a first in first served basis
• It is understood that any advertising does not in any way guarantee sales.
