This document outlines the agenda for a marketing and communications meeting. It introduces Lidia as the VP of Communications for AIESEC in Leipzig. It includes activities for attendees to get to know each other and discuss their expectations. It asks how marketing and communications is understood and what synergies it has with other functions in the local committee. Strategies for 2014/2015 are outlined, including national strategies, change management from offline to online, and pioneers for the Global Information System. The GTCM customer-centric model is presented. Time is allotted for discussions of local committee realities, challenges, needs, and inputs on change and team management.
