However, most diets attempt to compel you to starve
yourself, which disrupts your metabolism.
To "force" fat reduction, they rely on a low-calorie diet.
They rely on reducing carbohydrates, despite the fact
that carbohydrates (the RIGHT ones) enhance your
metabolism immediately.
That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, does it?
You may already be aware that your metabolism is
directly proportional to the number of calories you
consume.
It thinks you're famished if you suddenly stop
consuming a lot of calories. It subsequently begins to
slow down in order to conserve your energy.
This is why when you're dieting, you'll often feel
exhausted.
That's your metabolism stuttering to a halt. Here's why
all of this is so crucial...
Every day, the average person spends 1.5 hours eating
and 30 minutes exercising.
That is to say...
You're only actively controlling your weight for two out
of every twenty-four hours...
Meanwhile, your metabolism is working 24 hours a day
in the background.

If, as I previously stated, your metabolism is

Isn't it sensible to eat in such a way that your
metabolism works FOR you rather than against you?

And, thankfully, I've discovered a scientifically-proven
method for doing so...
Without having to give up any of your favorite foods...
Without torturing yourself with exhausting exercise that
saps your energy...
Counting calories, carbs, points, or anything else isn't
necessary... You're nearly starving every day if you
don't eat much... Without further eroding your
self-esteem with yet another failed weight-loss
attempt...
And it's truly long-term, not just a few weeks or months,
for results that last a lifetime.
All of this began in the early 1990s...
I actually learned it from bodybuilders, believe it or not.
Don't worry, before I go any farther...
I PROMISE I'm not going to tell you to eat like a
bodybuilder (or work out like one).
But what I understood was that, while everyone else in
the world was failing their diet over and over again...
Bodybuilders could get as lean as they desired on a
consistent basis.
They used science and strategy to reduce their body fat
to such dangerously low levels. And they did it without
fail, like clockwork. Their diets were so precise that
they could predict exactly what weight they would
reach on what day...
As much as 16 weeks in advance!
Furthermore, everything they performed
was based on genuine, tested research
that was then evaluated in real-world
circumstances with human people, not
mice or other lab animals.
But, as wonderful as that sounded, there was one
major flaw...
Because it was complicated, time-consuming, and
restrictive, only bodybuilders could do it...
As a result, I made it my life's purpose to research the
SCIENCE behind what they were doing...
And figure out how to adapt their highly effective
concepts for busy professionals in a way that's simple,
convenient, and pleasurable, so it's long-term
sustainable.
I started paying attention to what they were doing.
I looked into the science behind each of their dietary
programs to understand what made them so different.
I also tried to figure out how they could consume SO
MUCH FOOD and still be so thin.
That's when I realized the importance of nutrient
synthesis.
What I noticed was that these people weren't just
eating "healthily," but that they were eating
STRATEGICALLY, combining specific types of meals at
specific times.
You may already be familiar with the concept of food
pairing. It's the science of putting together precise
foods at specific times to create specific results in your
body.
And while it works for a lot of people...
That is not the case here.
I've identified a minor change to the classic
food-combining concept that triggers a unique
physiological phenomenon known as "metabolic
fusion."
Fusion is the process of mixing two or more ingredients
to generate a synergistic multiplier that is hundreds of
times more potent than the individual elements. It
produces some of the universe's most intense energy,
such as stars and hydrogen bombs.
And the good news is that I've figured out how to
activate metabolic fusion to speed up the fat-burning
process...
Let me illustrate with an example.
The majority of individuals think that apples are a
healthy food. After all, isn't it true that an apple a day
keeps the doctor away? Certainly not.
While an apple includes many beneficial elements, it
can also cause an insulin surge.
Insulin surges teach your body to accumulate fat even
if you're not consuming enough calories...
Increase your hunger so you eat more...
Additionally, your metabolism will be slowed. 2
When you mix the same apple with additional meals
that prevent your insulin from rising, however...

That same apple can help you lose weight while also
keeping you healthy and fit.
By making ONE small change, which is actually eating
MORE food:)

You can consume the same amount of calories or

However, while enjoying the process, you'll get
dramatically varied results.
How to Use Nutrient Synthesis to Induce "Permanent
Fat-Burning Mode"
Most people are aware of the basic concept that when
your body is deprived of calories, it burns fat for energy.
But there's a snag that most folks aren't aware of...
That has anything to do with insulin.
When you consume carbohydrates or sugar, your blood
sugar levels rise dramatically. Insulin is subsequently
released to carry the sugar into your muscles and liver,
where it is used as an energy source.
If your muscles don't require that much energy, the
sugar is diverted to your fat cells.
Unfortunately, too much insulin in the circulation
prevents fat stores from being accessed.
That implies you won't be able to burn fat until your
insulin levels drop.

This is why persons with diabetes type I, II, or
prediabetes have such a difficult time losing weight.
They can't reach their fat reserves since their bodies
have high insulin levels all the time.
So, what's the solution?
Unlocking another hormone called glucagon is the key.
This is the hormone that both burns and unlocks fat.
When your blood sugar is low and you need additional
energy, it is released. To obtain this energy, it accesses
fat reserves and begins to burn fat that insulin had
previously locked up tightly.

high glucagon levels can help you burn an extra 12

that. With no more work on your part.
Even more interesting is the fact that you may educate
your body to maintain continuously high glucagon
levels by mixing particular meals.
This puts you in a constant fat-burning state, so you'll
burn calories even whether you're reading, working,
watching TV, eating, exercising, or sleeping!
In fact, one study found that making this simple change
increases fat-burning by 18%.
