Reservation Calendar (LM700)

The purpose of this program is to print a listing of upcoming reservations to be filled by the
library during the specified date period. The report is sorted by reservation date, then call
number. If an item is checked out and is not available to fill the reservation, the message (*OUT)
will print directly under the title and immediately before the call number. Figure 700 shows how
the report was produced.

Printed Information - The information printed on the report is limited to the building, library
and date specified on the screen. The report contains the following information:

• Library name • Item call number
• Date period for reservations • Item bar code
• Reserved date • Patron name
• Item title • Patron bar code

Library Circulation (LM710)

The purpose of this program is to print a report of circulation status and statistics. Using this
program you can print reports of items that have not been circulated; a report of items currently
checked out; or a report of circulation statistics.

Printed Information - The information printed on the report includes the requested circulation
statistics for the specified libraries and time period. The report may contain the following
information:

• Library name • System item group
• Title • Library item group
• Author • Patron name and barcode (if
currently circulating)
• Call number • Item bar code (if currently
circulating)
• Number of times circulated • Patron type

There are ten sort options available. Reports A through F and J are detailed reports. Reports G
through I are summary reports. Detail reports will print every title and the number of times it was
circulated within the dates(s) specified. Summary reports will print the total circulation based on
the sort option selected within the date(s) specified.

Circulation statistic totals will be summarized at the end of each report for:

• Owned circulation • Total Circulation
• In-House circulation • Total Titles Circulated
• Borrowed circulation (Interlibrary •
Loans)

title was circulated during the specified time period. Select A through J for the report type you
wish to print. You can select more than one report type at a time.

Patron Overdue Letters (LM715)

The purpose of this program is to print an overdue letter for each patron who has an overdue item
that meets the overdue criteria specified for the library in LM105 (Define Library Master
Controls). For each patron meeting this criteria, a full page letter will be produced. Figure 715
shows how the report was produced.

Before You Print - Before this program will produce any output, the overdue letter must have
been defined using LM501 (Define Letters). The overdue letter must be indicated in LM105
(Define Library Master Controls) as the overdue letter to print. Also, at least one patron must
have items checked out that are overdue at least the number of days indicated in LM105.

Patron Letters (LM716)

The purpose of this program is to print a letter for every patron in your library meeting the
selected patron type, source criteria, or letter type. The contents of the letter depends on the
defined letter in LM501 (Define Letters). For each patron meeting the criteria, a full page letter
will be produced.

Before You Print - Before this program will produce any output, the letter you wish to print must
have been defined in LM501 that uses a merge code containing a list type that matches the letter
type. The four letter types are: CHG (Items with Charges), OUT (Items Checked Out), OVR
(Overdue Items) and RES (Items on Reserve).

LM716 - Patron Letters
This option prints a full-page letter for each applicable letter type. A patron letter may be
printed for a single patron, all patrons of a specific patron type, or all patrons of a specific
patron source.

Library Holdings Report (LM721)
The purpose of this program is to print a report of library holding status and statistics. Using this
program you can print reports of the items that make up your library collection; items assigned a
specified division code; or a manual inventory listing. The report may be limited to a specific
system item group, or include all items in the library collection.

Printed Information - The information printed on the report includes the requested holding
statistics for the specified libraries. The report may contain the following information:

• Library name • Title
• Author • Call number
• Number of copies of a title • System item group
• Library item group • Item barcode
• Division code

There are eleven sort options available. Reports A through F and J and K are detailed reports.
Reports G through I are summary reports. Detail reports will print every title and the number of
copies of that title. Summary reports will print the total number of copies owned based on the sort
option.

Figure 721 shows how the report was produced for the detail report (A) Titles; the report is sorted
alphabetically by title. Select A through K for the report type you wish to print. You can select
more than one report type at a time.
