The City of Cleveland is redeveloping brownfields along the Health Tech Corridor which follows the route of the Health Line BRT. The $200 million Health Line investment has spurred new development. The city is using brownfield assessment, cleanup funds, and land banking to prepare sites for mixed-use projects that leverage private and institutional investment. Successful redevelopments include Pierre's Ice Cream expansion, the Midtown Technology Center, and Uptown Phase I. The strategy is to use the BRT and institutional partnerships to generate momentum for further development.Cleveland Health Tech Corridor- Cuyahoga County Microcredit Gap Analysis
