Christina Newby was a dedicated employee at SITEL who moved from a customer service representative to a quality professional role. As a CSR, she was always willing to help her peers and managers. She shared her knowledge with others rather than keeping it for herself. Christina proved herself quickly and became one of the first bilingual quality professionals. Her former manager describes her as independent, goal-oriented, an excellent coach, and a pleasure to work with. He would hire her again if given the opportunity.

To Whom It May Concern:
While employed by SITEL as a Team Manager, I had the privilege of managing and working with Christina
Newby. While on my team Christina moved from a Customer Service Representative role to that of a
Quality Professional.
Christina as CSR, was dedicated to her customers as well as her peers. She was the first to volunteer to
assist another agent and all of the managers as well. Christina, did not use knowledge to her own gain.
Instead she shared it with those around her. She was instrumental in the successful launch of the
contract. Christina quickly proved herself and became one of the first bilingual Quality Professionals at
SITEL Kanata. Being one of the few bilingual Team Managers, Christina and I worked closely together.
She is independent, goal orientated, an excellent coach and a pleasure to have around. If the
opportunity was there, I would hire Christina anytime.
