Staff and I was very pleased with her performance as well as she served as my Lead Controls
Representative for our Turn Around with Ineos Chocolate Bayou most recently. She was
responsible for all controls maintenance and reporting both internal and external for the Engineering
and Procurement component of the project which was valued at $100,000,000 TIC.
Due to economic conditions Bettina successfully closed out the TAR and was unfortunately
released. She demonstrated a strong leadership quality working with 5 other controls professionals
at the peak of the TAR and had complete commitment to the end. Whomever reads this letter
