We met Mr Diamantidis in 2005 when he was finishing a 9 flat family project
in Litochoro, Pierias in Greece. After that we decided to co-operate with him
because we saw that he was a trust-worthy person and his sense of business
seemed to be very prosperous for us all.
We started on a 2.7MM Euro project which constituted of 3 high-end villas on
a 6000 m2 lot in the area of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. During the progress of
the development and getting close to Mr Diamantidis we found a partner who
was just as focused and determined to achieve our goals as we were. The
project was highly profitable. In addition, he has good communication skills
with customers and contributed considerably in our goal to expand our
business.
Our 2nd partnership was a 3.5MM Euro project in a prime vacation location
(Kerdyllia) on a sea-front property, which constituted of 20 semi-detached
homes on a 5700 m2 lot.
