Dear Sir or Madam,
It is my pleasure to recommend Joy Hackett for the Kiser University Nursing
Program. Joy and I worked together at Brevard Health Alliance, she as my Medical
Assistant at the Rockledge Pediatric office for several weeks while we were
understaffed.
Joy is a valuable asset to any team; while she had limited experience with pediatric
patients, Joy took the initiative to obtain additional training as a way to further
assist the pediatric population and to help her coworkers. Her desire to further her
knowledge and critical thinking skills is evident in her practice and her interactions
with patients and coworkers.
Joy is dependable and incredibly hard working. Her work both through direct
patient care and documentation is completed quickly and efficiently. Even through
difficult personal circumstances, Joy remained professional and dedicated to the
task at hand.
I have grown to trust Joy’s judgment as a registered medical assistant, and I have no
hesitation in recommending her for the nursing program. If you have any additional
questions, please contact me at the address listed above.
Respectfully,
Lydia Martin, PNP
