Nisma Thurje gjatë këtyre dy ditëve, marrë shkas nga ngjarja tragjike që I mori
jetën Artistit të mirënjohur Florian Kondi, ka zhvilluar një komunikim të gjallë
me qindra qytetarë të cilët ndien të tronditur nga ky rast.
Ajo që kemi konstatuar në masë, është mungesa totale e besimit që qytetarët
shqiptarë kanë tek shërbimi I urgjencës. Nga eksperiencat e hidhura të
qytetarëve konstatohet se ky shërbim ka mangësi të mëdha në:
Përgjegjshmëri, Cilësi, korrektësi, profesionalizëm dhe për rrjedhojë
efektshmëri.
Janë të shumta rastet që këto vite janë konstatuar dhe me qindra te tjera të
padenoncuara, me humbje tragjike jete të njerëzve të të gjitha moshave, si
rrjedhoje e sa më sipër. Për të gjithë ne kjo situatë është e papranueshme. Mund
të tolerojmë gjithcka por jo humbjen e panevojshme të jetës së njeriut.
E kemi lexuar me kujdes ligjin per urgjencat si edhe projekt buxhetin për vitin
2015 dhe e dimë që janë parashikuar një sërë masash që synojnë përmirësimin,
por këto nuk I japin zgjidhje thelbit të problemit. Prandaj sipas konsultimeve
me qytetarët kërkojmë sa më poshtë:
1. Të marrë fund kultura e pandëshkueshmërisë. Shkelja e protokolleve
dhe etikës profesionale të trajtohen me ashpërsinë më të madhe.
2. Të marrë fund punësimi I militantëve joprofesionistë në shërbimin
mjeksor. Kjo praktikë përvecse u rrjep paratë qytetarëve po u merr atyre
edhe jetën.
3. Të shtohet numri I specializantëve për urgjencat. Të marrë fund loja me
specializimet, ku nuk fiton më I afti por me I pasuri.
4. Të hartohen sa më parë të gjitha protokollet sipas kërkesave të ligjit për
shërbimin e urgjencës.
5. Të unifikohet numri I urgjencës dhe të mundësohet rregjistrimi I të
gjitha telefonatave.
6. Deri në përmirësimin e këtyre kushteve, të shikohet edhe mundësia e
outsourcing të shërbimeve të urgjencës që të mos kemi raste të tjera
tragjedish.

problematike jetike dhe do të na keni përballë si një zë të fuqishëm që
konstaton problemet dhe propozon zgjidhjet bazuar në komunukimin e
