Delivery through e-business may be delayed, disturbing customers. Both parties need technological capabilities and competence or e-business will be difficult. It can also be hard to establish the identities of parties to internet transactions or keep an eye on transactions and privacy. People also tend to resist new technologies due to feelings of insecurity.

As such, it becomes difficult to establish the identity of the

6. PEOPLE’S RESISTANCE
People have a tendency to resist changes as
adjustment to new technology and new environment
causes a sense of insecurity.

7. In E-Business, unless and until you have high degree of
rotation, anyone can keep an electronic eye on your transaction,
even into your privacy.
