They had until 4pm to vacate the unit, but by about 10am the listing agent emailed to say they already left. After a series of minor setbacks, this has been nothing but wonderful news.
In the previous post, we shared about the brother-and-sister couple previously, and that because of their tendency to pay their rent late, we decided we were going to move into their unit.
It pains us to say we lost out on the first property we wanted, but that’s just how it is. Read On to know what happened!
