LEGAL ISSUES -
FILMING
FILMING LOCATIONS
The majority of what we want to film takes place in public
locations, and generally we have the right to right to film at or
from public locations.
If it comes to it and we are asked to leave a certain location,
we’ll have to respect the property owner’s request, though
we will try to find locations that are completely public so that
we aren’t trespassing on private property
FILMING LOCATIONS
The one exception to this is that we need to film in a church,
which is private property. Because of this we will need to
email whatever church we want to use in advance to arrange
a date to film, because they have the right to refuse us entry
to their church if they so wish.
This may be quite difficult, as churches are often quite
secretive and will only allow filming if it’s for a specific
church event, but we will try as many churches as we can
because our video idea strongly relies on using one.
