1、自生产之日起六 个月 内 ， 我 司提供 产品退 换服务 ，如客户自行 更换 ，我司可
免费提供技术支 持 、 零部 件 及 耗材；

服务，如客户自 行 更 换， 我 司可免 费提供 技术支 持，提供零件 只收 取成本费；
3、保修过程所产生 的 运 费 由寄 方 承担；
4、我司只承担与我 司 直 接 联系 的 客户间 的产品 问题责 任；
5、质保期以外的维 修 服 务 新阳 光 仅收取 成本费 和包装运输费；
6、灯珠光衰问题由 客 户 退 回我 司 测试鉴 定后提 供售后服务方案 ，双方意 见达成
一致后方可进行 维 修 换；
