The Learning Improvement After School Association aims to help primary school children improve their learning skills in IT, reading, and writing through fun activities, while providing a supportive environment for those with difficulties. Objectives include advertising the project to 80% of parents within 6 months, offering educational field trips monthly, and having 20% of involved children earn better grades within a year. Success will be measured by volunteer interest, high attendance rates, positive child engagement, praise from parents and children, and increased school performance.
