Advertorial online at nationalguidepublications.com ($1,375 / first year); $675 annual renewal rate

National Guide Publications, LLC will provide a minimum of four (4) photographs and 250 word description for full page advertorial; a minimum of three (3) photographs and 150 word description for half page advertorial; a minimum of two (2) photographs and 50 word description for quarter page advertorial. Purchaser may provide text, photogaphs and logo in JPEG format within two (2) weeks post contract date; submitted via email to National Guide Publications, LLC. Additional charges to client may apply if provided material does not meet page specifications. A total of two (2) proofs will be submitted to purchaser; upon reciept of advertorial proof, purchaser has two (2) weeks to exhibit changes and submit proof. Upon submission of second proof, purchaser will be charged $30 per additional proof sent until final proof approval’ is submitted and confirmed. Website changes are permitted for a $150 flat rate fee. Balance must be paid within 30 days of final proof approval. An interest at a rate not exceeding four percent (4%) a month or a minimum monthly finance fee of $10; whichever is greater, will be charged on any account overdue more than 30 days. In addition to aforesaid interest charges for delinquent payment, purchaser is obligated to pay any & all collection agency and legal fees. Failure to pay balance will result in forfeiture of deposit and advertorial publication.

In an event of error on behalf of National Guide Publications, LLC; liability is limited to the amount paid for advertorial or services rendered for the purchaser. Liability amount to not exceed the total balance of advertorial costs signed upon this contracted sales agreement. All advertorial work created for purchaser by National Guide Publications, LLC remain the property of National Guide Publications, LLC. Note: PURCHASER acknowledged PURCHASER has received a copy of this Sales Agreement and PURCHASER fully understands the terms of the Sales Agreement; PURCHASER accepts the terms and conditions of this Sales Agreement.

Purchaser may provide text, photogaphs and logo in JPEG format within two (2) weeks post contract date; submitted via email to National Guide Publications, LLC. Additional charges to client may apply if provided material does not meet page specifications. A total of two (2) proofs will be submitted to purchaser; upon reciept of advertorial proof, purchaser has two (2) weeks to exhibit changes and submit proof. Upon submission of second proof, purchaser will be charged $30 per additional proof sent until final proof approval’ is submitted and confirmed. Website changes are permitted for a $150 flat rate fee. Balance must be paid within 30 days of final proof approval. An interest at a rate not exceeding four percent (4%) a month or a minimum monthly finance fee of $10; whichever is greater, will be charged on any account overdue more than 30 days. In addition to aforesaid interest charges for delinquent payment, purchaser is obligated to pay any & all collection agency and legal fees. Failure to pay balance will result in forfeiture of deposit and advertorial publication.
