This is the list of counties, towns and cities that will receive revenue from the collection of the 2012 Impact Fee in PA. The fee is divided according to a somewhat complicated formula. In essence, areas where there is actual drilling get 60% of the monies collected, while other areas that don't see any drilling get the other 40%. The PA Impact Fee begain in 2012 and is assessed mostly on horizontal (unconventional shale) wells over an estimated 20-year life of a well with most of the fee being collected in the first five years.

I set out to determine the feasibility and cost effectiveness of using a single company for our landscaping maintenance
Noticed a trend in using one company to handle all services in a particular category.
Got to thinking why don’t we do this with landscaping? Pros and cons
Make recommendation based on what I found as to a course of action
-Most large companies in the field only do chemical work.
-Recommendation of some influential landscape experts helped me in my search for compatible companies.
Tru Green, Scotts, U.S. Lawns all very huge companies, but wouldn’t take on the maintenance.
Good reputation for being attentive to their customers and knowledgable about their work
Brickman does physical services and account managers
From the available data I was able to conclude
Follow up entails getting feedback from DM’s twice per year, during the snowy and growing seasons, concerning the quality of service. Ideally they will not have had to think about the service much as it should be taken care of appropriately.
Based on the data that I’ve compared and the professional contact that I’ve had with both companies I would recommend Springwise over Brickman
