Mrs. Teague invites Mrs. Pate to her class's upcoming Christmas party. The students have been working on improving their quiz grades and daily work. At the party, the students will be making Christmas cards and having fun. Mrs. Teague hopes Mrs. Pate can join them to celebrate the students' progress.

1. Dear Mrs. Pate
I know you are looking forward to this year’s Christmas festive! This year has been flying by fast. I know
the students are having a blast this year. The students were struggling with their quizzes first six weeks.
Have you seen the numbers now! They are improving so much. I am so proud of them. We are still
working on trying to get their daily grade work up/I know you are a very busy lady. Would you want to
go to our Christmas party? The students will be making Christmas cards and having a blast. We would
love for you to come and join us. I have attached the newsletter that I sent home with the students.The
lesson plan addresses what specifics we are using but making Christmas cards is part of the daily work.
We need to get those daily grades up to all A’s! Well I hope to see you there!
