Key Account Manager
You have a creative personality you can express your opinions very well! You have great
communication skills and eye for detail. Well, you could be the vital link between Bsharp and
our clients. Bsharp is looking for Ace Key Account Managers.
What does Bsharp do?
Bsharp (Nov'12, www.bsharpcorp.com) helps companies engage, train, motivate, hear from their
field sales personnel, through an app on their smartphone. Over 20,000 sales personnel from
companies like Johnson & Johnson, Lenovo, SanDisk, Dell, Levi’s, Vodafone, CR Bard, IFB
Industries and Amazon India use Bsharp's Sales Platform. Bsharp manages the programs end to
end for these enterprises.
So, what will I be actually doing?
Bsharp has ongoing engagements with its Fortune 500 clients. You will be the vital link between
Bsharp and the client, on an ongoing basis. The roles will include:
• Developing key strategies to meet client objectives, metrics – on weekly, monthly,
quarterly basis
• Working in conjunction with our internal technical teams, content team and audience
development team to meet customer requirements
• Developing great content from standard templates for client sales team consumption
• Meet new product adoption goals within the community
• Mapping different parts of the customer organization to understand priorities. •
• Maintenance of the standard reporting + engagement process
• Understand the user experience of the product and modify as required
• Mining additional opportunities with customers
So, what kind of people are you looking at?
Bsharp is looking for a dynamic, motivated Front-end Web Developer with experience
in Drupal, PHP5, HTML5 and CSS3 to join our development team.
He/she will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and implementing new
application designs in Drupal Themes (Metronic).
• Mapping different parts of the customer organization to understand priorities.
• Maintenance of the standard reporting + engagement process

So, what kind of people are you looking at?
We are looking for someone with great communication skills – written and
spoken. Remember we deal with blue chip clients. You should have a flair for
explaining key concepts through presentations.
If you are a fresher, you will groomed to graduate to a Key Account Manager
in the medium term. Some of the freshers in our ’16 batch became Account
Managers around 6-12 months after joining Bsharp. Until such time, you will
go through on-the-job orientation by working on live projects, supporting
current engagements.
If you are someone with 1-2 years of field sales experience in any of the key
identified domains – Technology, Health Care, Finance you could directly
become a Key Account Manager.

• who can juggle multiple roles in a dynamic start-up.
• who has a passion for technology – someone who can’t sleep without
checking out the features of the new iDevice.
• who can take up the latest software and explore the features overnight
• who can dream up solutions to solve customer’s sales problems.
