4. Fees Our contractors are charged to our Clients at the most competitive rates available. We continuously assess the market and ensure that our Clients get the best value. We make available to our Clients a number of cost saving measures around the area of contractor management and billing initiatives

5. Kenny-Whelan Payroll In the event of a Client Hiring Manager or Human Resources Representative sourcing a contractor/temporary employee directly, Kenny-Whelan will take over the payments to the contractor, cover all relevant insurances, issue contracts, and take over the administration of the contract. Cost effective: A total mark up of €x per/hour (x to be agreed with the Client) would be charged on top of the proposed contractor rate/temporary employee cost, currently the most cost effective offering on the Irish market Co-Employment Risk: We remove the risk of co-employment from the Client as the contract staff will either be Kenny-Whelan temporary employees or have a contract for services with us. Payment Guarantee. We guarantee on time, accurate payment of invoices, same day each month. In 34 years we have never been late or defaulted on contractor payments. Streamline Procurement process. With one preferred payroll provider your procurement process will be streamlined with one invoice per month from Kenny-Whelan. Contractor management. We speak to contractors on a regular basis to assure any issues are addressed promptly and relayed to the Client.
