The author had a cat named Rex that they adopted from their old church. Rex enjoyed eating food and gained a lot of weight over time. Unfortunately, Rex was hit by a car and passed away. The author lives with their sister, mother, and father. Their father Stuart is a fire safety specialist and enjoys fishing. Their mother Sabrina is a teacher and enjoys soccer and flag football. Their sister Skyler is in 7th grade and enjoys soccer and cheerleading. The newsletter suggests including a calendar of upcoming family events, memories, songs or poems to add interest when creating a family newsletter.

Untill very recently, I have had a cat
named Rex. Our family found rex at our
old church, and we adopted him. Ever
since he discovered food, he has been
eating it. At his death, he wayed
around 30 pounds, much more than he
should have. Unfortuanatly, he was hit
by a car, and is no longer with us.

I live with my sister, my Mother, and my
Father. My father’s name is Stuart, and
