4. Law Must Be Law ! Work norms for Development Officers will work if all others in LIC are similarly put under work norms. Law must be law even for Son-in-law, otherwise it becomes a bad law.
5. South Africa in LIC ! “ By compelling the Class II employees to live on exclusive expense ratio the Management is practicing South Africa in the house of LIC”
6. Think it Over ! The Management provides A/C, Fans, Tables & Chairs or Cars to the managerial and administrative staff. All expenses are borne by the Management. Hence there is no reason to include functional emoluments in the cost of a Development Officer. It amounts to recovering the cost of guns & bullets from the soldier on the battle ground.”
7. Scheduled Cost Employees ! “ Expense Ratio in LIC is strictly one-way traffic meant for the Development Officers only. In the eyes of the Management, the Development Officers are no more than Scheduled Cost Employees ( Without any special privileges )”
8. Alcoholic Management ! Alcoholic is that person who cannot do without drinking alcohol every now and then. Without alcohol ha cannot perform his normal functions. Alcoholism is a disease ! It is a morbid condition of body and mind. LIC management has become alcoholic in terms of new business competitions. Keep away from such alcoholism.
