predominantly maintain and keep all the court materials filed by anyone or court fixed on the

case or incident to obtain the appropriate amount of attention pertinent to the nature of its
action. It also augments the timely disposition of all cases, facilitates day to day court
proceedings and ensures quality of justice to its needful. Copies of documents such as
declarations and affidavits are also sometimes kept in a case's docket (UniversalClass, 2008).
This allows the timely resolution of cases through the profound overseeing of events and time
by the court and allows equal treatment of litigant offenders. Moreover, it also acknowledges
case processing times a fair case. The legal professionals will have full and uninhibited
access to dockets on cases they are involved with. This includes lawyers, paralegals, judges,
and clients (David C. Steelman, 2012). The state, local and federal judiciary's Case
Management/Electronic Case Files or also known as CM/ECF system also authorize the court
to keep and manage their case filing without paperwork or losing data as well as administer

effectively in the state court system by conceding the application for a protraction to be made

process is case flow management. From filing to closing, case flow management is the only
process that results in expedite court operations. This includes all trials, pre-trial phases,
trials, judge orders, increasingly, events that support disposition to ensure timely completion
of post-disposition activity of case and the integrity of the court. Case flow management
abets in maintaining and creating an effective and efficient judicial process by allowing a
court case to be heard by a presiding judge in a timely matter. It also presents viable

alternatives for all cases to be properly filed and documented. Case flow management is one
of the most important processes in the judicial process.
The impact of the venue on process efficiency in the mentioned scenario is imperative
and critical. Determining and settling the venue is directly connected to the process efficiency
because one can witness the fact that state courts came under heavy caseload, pendency, and
tend to be congested. On the other hand, a Federal court would play a vital role to augment
the efficiency of the process because some cases of high value are considered preferably at a
higher priority than others. Since it is a bank robbery and it is Federally assured the federal.
As mention in the above scenario, four months affects the efficiency and effectiveness
of any court under the viable circumstances because it will push the federal court system to
get more overburdened and congested than it already is. It will also reduce the effectiveness
of the process because there will other cases where high matters were involved should out at
priority level. Another reason that this will reduce the efficiency and performance of the
court is that the presiding judge pursuing this case is already overburdened and has already
heavy caseload, so there will be no option left for him to leave trial to be back up for 10
months. Although four months does not seem like a long time, four months may turn into 11
months because of the judge's caseload and a backlog of cases.
