Jonathan Simmons has over 20 years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching, personal training, and sports medicine. He owns his own fitness business, Change Will Come Fitness, and has previously worked as an assistant strength coach for the San Diego Chargers, athletic director at Frog's Athletic Club, and orthopedic technician at Camp Pendleton Base Hospital. Simmons holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
