for Participation
FIRST KARATBARS
GLOBAL LEADER HEADQUARTERS WEEK
Incentive levels can only be reached once.
The scoring system is based on Incentive
Points - so-called IPs - which may not be
confused with Karatbars’ Unilevel Points.
The fixed points for each product can be
found on the Table of IPs on page 20
and the Table of Upgrade-IPs on page
21.
In regards to the Incentive Travel
Allowance Levels, please note that the
greater your personal sales are, the
smaller your organization can be, and vice
versa.
But understand that each of the Incentive
winners will need to have at least reached
600 IPs him-/herself.

Only the sale of the products listed in the table of the IPs
(Incentive Points) sheet in this presentation count for
qualification. Incentive Prizes can only be achieved with
personal sales in the account through which it was earned.
Prizes may not be exchanged for a different prize, cash or
gold, and may NOT be transferred to others. Prizes can
only be won once per account and may not be
accumulated (only the highest prize earned will be
distributed). Travel allowance should be paid out by June
12th, 2017 to the Karatbars Prepaid Cards and may be
used freely by the winner.
The Qualification ranks/prizes can be achieved by selling
products over the period from February 25th, 2017 to May
30th, 2017, 23:59:59 CET (11:59:59 pm CET).
Information on size, color and gender must be sent to
Incentive@karatbars.com and Support@karatbars.com
within 7 business days after the cut-off date. Otherwise the
winner forfeits the prize. Delivery of the shirts and caps
may take up to 4 weeks after the cut-off date.
Winners of overnight stays need to register via email by
sending over their name and address to
Incentive@karatbars.com and Support@karatbars.com
within 7 business days after the cut-off date.
Dual Team Organization Incentive Points consist of your
personal sales and the total sales of your right and left
teams, which must meet the requirements (IPs) indicated
on their respective slides of this presentation. IPs resulting
from personal sales only, or team sales without personal
revenues will not qualify for the travel prizes as described
on sheets 12 - 19.
Tickets for the Special CEO Reception Dinner are NOT
transferable to others and otherwise have no cash value.
One ticket per winner, no “plus one” for this event as our
limit is 25 people.
No liability will be incurred for misprints or incomplete specifications - subject to alterations,
errors excepted.
The decision of Karatbars management is final, with no recourse; participation in the
Incentive Program is your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms. Karatbars may
at its sole discretion substitute or replace prizes, or discontinue the Incentive Program.
Winners are responsible for any taxes due.
