The role of police department in any country is critical. It is obvious that improving the technology in police department can be done with safety and contributes to improve its economy. This paper, first tries to recognize the existed weaknesses in used technologies. Then, it will suggest the best approach. The proposed framework of this study points out to two different moderating roles that can be considered as technical contributions. Moreover, the combination of this proposed framework is new for current study. This framework is concentrated on technology improvement, knowledge management system, technology acceptance, police performance, and ministry performance

Bayesian classifier works efficiently on some fields, and badly on some. The performance of Bayesian Classifier suffers in fields that involve correlated features. Feature selection is beneficial in reducing dimensionality, removing irrelevant data, incrementing learning accuracy, and improving result comprehensibility. But, the recent increase of dimensionality of data place a hard challenge to many existing feature selection methods with respect to efficiency and effectiveness. In this paper, Bayesian Classifier with Correlation Based Feature Selection is introduced which can key out relevant features as well as redundancy among relevant features without pair wise correlation analysis. The efficiency and effectiveness of our method is presented through broad.

A series of novel 5-[2-(4-fluorobenzyl)-6-aryl-imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazol-5-ylmethylene] thiazolidine-2,4-dione derivatives (4a-d) were synthesized. These final compounds (4a-d) were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation of 2-(4-fluorobenzyl)-6-arylimidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole-5-carbaldehydes (3a-d) with thiazolidine-2,4-dione. All the newly synthesized compounds were screened for their invivo hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activity in male Wister rats. The Structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were established by analytical and spectral data.

Electrically conductive composites consisted of conducting fillers and the insulating polymer matrix. These composites could serve in preparation of piezoresistive composites (i.e. quantum tunnelling composites (QTC) due to their flexibility, light weight, easy processing, low cost, greater resistance changes, and ease of spreading over arbitrary curved surfaces.QTC have attracted tremendous attention due to their potential applications in advanced stress and strain sensors. Recently, various types of conducting materials and many soft polymers have been utilized in the manufacture of QTCs. Characterization of such composites involves several physical parameters. Therefore, a low cost technique was designed and manufactures in order to measure most of electro-mechanical properties of the produced composites with good accuracy and repeatability. QTCs were prepared by mixing poly-dimethyl siloxane (PDMS) and with different concentrations of graphite flakes (1:0.75, 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:1.75 and 1:2). This study declared the efficiency of the suggested technique as well as some fundamental features of the prepared composite. For example, conductivity of the composites containing higher concentration of graphite was found to be independent on rate of pressing during the test. It was also found that the capacitive behavior of the sample interrupted the flow of current at the instant of removing the applied pressure. The suggested setup has several advantages such as simplicity, high accuracy and providing lots of technical data that required for development and confirmation of models for the quantum tunnelling process.

One of the core quality assurance feature which combines fault prevention and fault detection, is often known as testability approach also. There are many assessment techniques and quantification method evolved for software testability prediction which actually identifies testability weakness or factors to further help reduce test effort. This paper examines all those measurement techniques that are being proposed for software testability assessment at various phases of object oriented software development life cycle. The aim is to find the best metrics suit for software quality improvisation through software testability support. The ultimate objective is to establish the ground work for finding ways reduce the testing effort by improvising software testability and its assessment using well planned guidelines for object-oriented software development with the help of suitable metrics.

Microstructure, thermal, electrical and mechanical properties of penta Bi- Sn- Pb based alloys have been investigated. Matrix structure (Formed crystalline phases) and measured physical properties of Bi- Sn- Pb- In- X (X= Cd/or Zn) penta alloys changed with varying composition. The new penta fusible, Bi50Pb15Sn22Cd3In10, alloy has best properties such as high density, low melting point and friendly environmental, (reduced toxicity elements Pb and Cd by 40% and 75%, compared used alloys), for shielding blocks in mega-volt radiotherapy. The melting temperature of Bi50Pb15Sn22Cd3In10 alloy is ~58 ºC and it is density is 10.117 gm/cm3. The elastic modulus of Bi50Pb15Sn22Cd3In10 is 29.03 Gpa. Vickers hardness and internal friction values of Bi50Pb15Sn22Cd3In10 alloy are 9.72 Kg/mm2 and 0.085. The Bi50Pb15Sn22Cd3In10 alloy consists of rhombohedral Bi phase, tetragonal Sn phase, face centered cubic Pb phase, hexagonal Cd phase, face centered cubic In phase, Pb7Bi3 and SnBi intermetallic compounds.

Corrosion fatigue crack growth experiment was conducted on ESE(T) (Eccentrically-loaded Single Edge notch Tension) specimen made of IS 2062 steel in salt water environment. The specimen was placed in a transparent chamber made of perspex sheet containing 3.5% NaCl solution which acted as corrosion environment. The corrosion process was accelerated by applying constant direct current of 0.2 A which was supplied by means of a regulated power supply. The test was conducted using a ±250 kN capacity computer controlled servo-hydraulic fatigue rated Universal Testing Machine. The maximum and minimum load values were 15 kN and 1.5 kN. The test frequency was 0.375 Hz and the stress ratio was 0.1. Number of cycles to crack initiation was determined. Crack growth data were recorded at regular intervals. Crack growth curves were plotted and material constants C and m were found. Analytical studies were carried out and the results were compared with experimental results. Details of the analytical and experimental studies and the results are presented in this paper.

Accessing current and accurate information anywhere and at anytime is becoming a growing interest nowadays. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is an application protocol that creates an opportunity to access information of any interest from WAP servers using mobile phones. WAP is an enabling technology based on the Internet client server architecture model, for developing client application for handheld devices or other wireless terminal which usually have less powerful CPU’s, less memory, very restricted power consumption, smaller and variant displays, phone keypads etc. This paper analyses the features of WAP in relation to the well established HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) technology, the web socket API innovations introduced in HTML5, the recent improvements in mobile devices processing capacity by connecting to cloud services and how application can be developed on them using modern tools. The features that are more adapted to client development of micro-devices are used for the technology application test.
