Business Plan
Presented to: Dr. Barnes

Introduction
Our team came with an incredible idea which is to help young kids
pursue their dreams, in the tennis field a lot of tennis players have to
choose between tennis or school but once they get injured or lose their
sponsor or any scenario that can stop them from becoming
professional tennis players. They lose everything because they were
dedicate to tennis. Our idea is to back them up by providing them a
plan B give them a second chance or help them chase their dreams.
Our academy is going to give the opportunity to kids to know what
they want in the future, because their plans change within time, at 10
years old they want to be the best player on earth and at 18 years old
they want to be a business man or a doctor and vice versa .
The academy that we are trying to start is not like any ordinary
academy that accepts a large number of kids. We believe that if we
want to raise elite players we need a small number of kids from 10 to
20 because every kid needs their own program, every single player is
unique that’s why they need to train differently.
Tennis players won’t have to worry if something bad is going to
happen but only have to worry about how much work and dedication
they have to give. Injuries can usually not be prevented so they
shouldn’t blame their selves if they get injured but they should blame
their selves if they didn’t think about a plan B an alternative and we
are here to make it happen.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to develop collegiate and professional tennis players to
become top ranked players and scholarship-ready collegians. And
make them reach their full potential as tennis players and as human
beings. And also help them reach their goals by embracing daily
challenges on the court, in the classroom, and in competition. Our
coaching and student services staff is committed to inspiring self-
discipline commitment and great values such
as Humility, Respect, Integrity, and Sportsmanship.
