This document discusses the growth of "Jesus Clubs" in Australia, which aim to teach the Bible and form friendships with those who have intellectual disabilities such as Down Syndrome or autism. The clubs have grown from 1 in 2006 to 12 in 2017, and provide churches with resources like Bible lessons, games, and training to equip ordinary Christians to run the clubs and support this group. The clubs also provide mentoring, conferences and support to help with healing.
