Objective
My objective is to be apart of a reputable builder, who I can grow with. I am pursuing a career in the construction
management field. Day to day objectives would be to establish a relationship with my subcontractors. From my prior
experience, relationships and networking are critical in our business. My objective will also be to earn the trust of my
employer through tight scheduling, reaching closing dates, and keeping up with all paperwork (bank draws, purchase
orders, and any scheduling software ). There will be an objective set for each task daily. I will pursue managing the
subs to keep them within the scope of work . Taking care of all company property will be a priority I evaluate daily.

superintendent. My oldest brother did as well. MY father past away a year ago. He taught me everything he
knew, so I got years of training in construction management, working right beside him and my brother.

I built 13 houses in the municipality of savannah. My opinion is that they are one of the strictest on codes and
