This document contains materials for evaluating the job performance of a solutions engineer, including:
1) A 4-page performance evaluation form with ratings scales for evaluating an engineer on factors like skills, communication, problem-solving, and more.
2) A list of 6 online resources for additional performance appraisal materials.
3) A section with sample performance review phrases for evaluating an engineer's attitude, creativity, and decision-making.
This document discusses financing for development and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countries. It outlines the SDGs and constraints to financing them such as weak tax administration capacity and low GDP to tax ratios. Official development assistance (ODA) and domestic resource mobilization are key to financing development. Improving governance, tax policies/administration, public expenditure efficiency, and investment climate can help developing countries mobilize more domestic resources to achieve the SDGs through sustainable models and partnerships with multilateral development banks.

1. Beleth and Mary go to a rural area known for demon sightings. Beleth films himself explaining their dangerous mission to document evidence for history.
2. Mary starts acting strangely, whispering and demanding Beleth's attention. She reads aloud from a book about possession, frightening Beleth.
3. Beleth decides to leave, finding Mary's behavior outrageous, but she convinces him to stay and continue their investigation. Beleth expresses fear of encountering the demon they seek, which is known to have possessed many people in the past.

An Econometric Model for Inflation Rates in the Volta Region of Ghanaiosrjce
Ghana has been challenged by high inflation rates for a long period of time. The phenomenon in
many cases leaves in its trail adverse economic consequences. Therefore, forecasting inflation rates in Ghana
becomes very important for government and central bank to design fiscal measures or effective monetary
policies to combat any unexpected high inflation in this country. For firms and households, knowledge about the
rate of inflation in future enables them to factor it into their planning so as to guard against unpleasant
ramifications. This paper employs Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) technique to model
inflation rates in Volta region of Ghana. Using monthly inflation rates data from January 2009 to September
2015, we find that ARIMA (2,1,2) can be used to study the behavior of the data in the Volta region of Ghana
regarding inflation rates. Based on the selected model, we forecasted six (6) months inflation rates for the
region outside the sample period (i.e. from October 2015 to March 2016). From the out-sample forecast, we
surmise that Volta region is likely to experience continuous double digit inflation rates. Hence, policy makers
should re-evaluate their policies in order to determine other factors that contribute to the high inflation rates.
The three largest market cap losers in 2015 shed a combined $192 billion in value. Walmart dropped 1.75% on the day to close at $58.84 per share, trading between $58.73-$60.06 with a volume of 13.84 million shares. Exxon Mobil rose 0.53% to close at $81.66, trading between $81.25-$82.65 with a volume of 17.14 million shares. QUALCOMM gained 0.52% to close at $48.79, trading between $48.30-$48.86 with a volume of 12.97 million shares.
Causal Relationship between Lending Rate and Deposit Rate in Bangladesh: An E...iosrjce
This study attempts to examine the causal relationship between lending rate and deposit rate in
Bangladesh for the period of 2003:07 to 2015:06. After collecting monthly data of lending rate and deposit rate,
the study employed Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF), Phillips-Perron (PP) and Kwiatkowski-Phillips-SchmidtShin
(KPSS) tests for testing the stationarity of the series, Johansen Cointegration test to visualize the long run
relationship between the two variables, Granger causality test to investigate the existence and direction of
causality between the variables and impulse response function on a structured Vector Autoregressive (VAR)
model to know the reaction of one variable to an impulse in other. The results of the unit root tests show that the
series are non-stationary at level form but after differentiating they become stationary. Cointegration test shows
the absence of long run equilibrium relationships between the two variables. The Granger causality test
provides evidence that there is a unidirectional causality running from lending rate to deposit rate but not the
way round. And the impulse response function shows significant reaction of variables due to one standard
deviation shock to the error terms of the VAR model

Signage in the workplace is important to ensure safety and education messages are understood by all employees. Clear signs help communicate essential information regarding hazards, procedures, and policies to diverse groups of workers regardless of their primary language or abilities. Employers should regularly evaluate signage for effectiveness and work to improve understanding across different demographics employed.

Revisiting the link between government spending and economic growth in the pr...iosrjce
This paper aims to revisit the link between government spending and economic growth in the present
of Wagner’s Law in Nigeria from 1972-2011. The examination is based on the functional form of Wagner Law
augmented by incorporating the square of GDP. We employed ARDL bound testing, combine cointegration and
Toda-Yamamoto non- Granger causality test in this study. Cointegration was found in both methods, and the
causality test supports the presence of Wagner’ Law. However, increase in GDP (i.e. Square of GDP) has an
adverse impact on economic growth. This shows that GDP as a proxy for economic growth has a certain point
from which, any additional increase will reduce government spending. Therefore, the government needs to come
up with programs that will motivate small and medium enterprises at all levels of government. Hence, the
increase in GDP in the long run, tend to reduce government expenditure, which in turn prevents deficit
financing
Overall, shoreline erosion along Black River Bay, Jamaica averaged -0.31 m/yr from 2003-2012. Erosion rates were highest from 2003-2007 (-0.90 m/yr) due to Hurricane Ivan in 2004, followed by some recovery from 2007-2012 (0.21 m/yr). The sandy beaches lacking reef protection experienced the most erosion. An estimated 9 km of mangroves and over 100 buildings are at risk of being lost in the next 10-30 years due to continued sea level rise and erosion.
