Engaging youth is important to reduce the increasing burden of a growing youth population in Bangladesh. The BRAC Youth Department organizes the annual Young Leaders Conference and supports BRAC clubs in schools that implement community service projects.
Ms. Aisha Faheem from BRAC Pakistan completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) Programme in 2015 organized by BRAC International in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The program addressed topics including BRAC Values Workshop, Diversity and Inclusion Workshop, Gender Awareness Workshop, and People Leadership Programme. She is now acknowledged as a Master facilitator for these courses by BRAC International.
