This document provides installation instructions for sealing and testing a drain cover. It lists the bolt and washer specifications for three manufacturers - Zurn, Watts, and Smith. The instructions explain that the user should remove all parts from the package and check that the correct number of o-rings, bolts, and washers are included. The o-ring must be securely seated in its groove to create a water-tight seal. Then the bolts and washers are placed through the cover holes and lined up with the drain holes before tightening the bolts to 40lbs of torque.

This paper deals with an aggregate planning for a small scale production unit using a network flow model for full utilization of its capacity to meet the changing forecasted demand .The formulation of the problem is done by using the given inventory capacity with backorders by making a trade-off among inventory costs , backlog costs, production and subcontracting costs. The total cost function and the constraint inequalities were developed assuming the cost functions to be linear. The parameters of objective function and the constraints were estimated from the economics of the plant. The values of the work force, overtime, backlog, amount subcontracted were determined for a planning horizon of six months using an LP computer package. This method of production scheduling took care of the fluctuating demand utilizing the full capacity of the plant.

= 1 O-ring Per

Zurn = 4 3/8"x 1 1/4" bolts
Watts = 3 5/16x1 1/2" bolts
Smith = 3 5/16 x 1 1/4" bolts
Zurn = 4 3/8" washers
Watts = 3 5/16 washers
Smith = 3 5/16 washers
1. Remove from package and check to be sure you have all
the parts needed. Count out o-rings, bolts and washers

2. Ensure the o-ring is secure in the indicated groove for a
water tight seal.
3. Place the bolts and washers through the holes in the cover.

4. Securely line the bolt holes up with on the cover and the
drain. Ensure that your O-ring is seated properly.
5. Tighten the bolts to 40lbs of torque
