Services duration: By detecting the load status and the time lapse
between the beginning of the service (mixer leaves the plant) and the end
of the service (mixer returns after unloading cargo), Concremix is able to
know if the services are being correctly performed.
Abnormal situations identification: abnormal situations such as vehiclesAbnormal situations identification: abnormal situations such as vehicles
retained in the client waiting to pour and deviations to the route are easily
identified by this report. .
Customers location: an automatic point of interest is created, on the mixer
first pouring location, signalling the customer location.
Unauthorized dumps: are detected and signalled over the map, the
pouring duration is also registered by the software.

identifies the hours of the service:
The time the vehicle left the plant,
arrived to the client location,
started dumping, left the client sitestarted dumping, left the client site
and arrived to the plant again.
Managers can also verify the
maximum speed the vehicle
registered during each service.
Using the data from this area of the report Concremix can analyse deviations to the
services, for example through an abnormal time during the trip back to plant.
