WheelsOfVolume is a free Windows utility from FuzLez that allows users to control their computer's volume using the mouse wheel. When the mouse is on the desktop or in the top right corner of full screen apps, rolling the wheel adjusts volume up or down. A click mutes the sound. It provides an easy way to control volume without using keyboard shortcuts or the volume control panel.

uses the mouse wheel to control the volume of your computer. When ever you turn
the mouse
wheel when it is not used by any application (in other words) when it is on the
desktop,
the volume of your computer will be adapted. When you are in a full screen
application you
will have the same effect when you move the mouse to the top right corner of the
screen.
To mute the sound you just have to click the mouse wheel.
