What’s Included:
 Accommodations in 01 triple room at hotels mentioned in the itinerary or similar.
 Meals daily breakfast & dinner at hotels.
 Airport/hotel transfers by air-conditioned vehicle (No AC in hilly area).
 Air-conditioned vehicle for land travel (No AC in hilly area).
 All interstate taxes, gasoline, parking, toll taxes and driver allowances.
 All luxury taxes and value added taxes.
What’s excluded:
 Any domestic or international air/train fares.
 Any Pony/ Palki charges, Temple donations, VIP Darshan Slip, Special Puja/ Prasad charges etc.
 Any chopper tickets for Sersi/Phata-Kedarnath-Sersi/Phata.
 Any extra sightseeing/activities, extra meals & expenses.
 Tips & gratitude to drivers, bell boys & porters, representatives& guides etc.
 Any beverages (hard & soft)/Table Drinks, items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, travel or
any kind of insurance etc.
 Applicable government taxes (5%) on total package.
What to bring:
 Please carry adequate warm clothing like Sweater, Warm Jacket or coat, warm inner wear, gloves, Socks
(Preferably synthetic or wool) etc as Chardham circuit is situated in the Northern Himalayan part which remain
cold even in summers and more so weather is very uncertain in this particular circuit.
 Please carry good walking shoes with grip to trek on the mountains.
 Please carry umbrella, Rain coat/suit, Torch, Mosquito cream etc to avoid any inconvenience during the tour.
 Must carry prescriptions of the medicines and also preferably carry a letter from your physician to avoid any
sickness/health problem during your trip.
 Carry valid id proof with 02 passport size photos as Yatra registration may require.
Tour Condition:
 Minimum of 03 Persons required to avail the special rates.
 Tour confirmation only on receipt of 10% advance payment.
 Balance payment to be paid 03 weeks prior to travel date or as per mail instructions. Otherwise booking will be
cancelled if payment not received before cut-off date and no refund will be given of advance payment.
 Chopper ticket cost to be paid in full at the time of issuance of tickets.
 Company carries no insurance whatsoever for any tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance
by your own.
 Company will not held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to sudden sickness, weather
conditions, war & strikes, quarantine or other causes or acts of God or acts beyond their control during the tour
and no refund will be given in such conditions.

 Company will not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or
indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments,
breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
 All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.
 Company reserves the rights to change the rates without any prior notice, so please confirm the rates with us
before confirming any booking.
Cancellation Policy:
 25 days prior to arrival/ travel date 25% cancellation will be charged of total tour cost.
 15 days prior to arrival/ travel date 50% cancellation will be charged of total tour cost.
 10 days prior to arrival/ travel date 75% cancellation will be charged of total tour cost.
 Within 10 days of arrival/ travel date 100% cancellation will be charged.
 Helicopter (Chopper) tickets will be non-refundable once issued (depend on carrier). But in case of technical
problem/issue or any break down in chopper or bad weather full refund will be given.
 No refund will be given in case of no show, natural hazards, war/strikes, acts of God or acts beyond the control.
Remarks:
 Hotels in Chardham circuit are not as luxuries as in other metro cities in India, hence basic & limited services will
be provided with hygienic food even in higher category of hotels.
 Non-Availability of mentioned hotels will be met by similar category hotels.
 Hotels may provide roll over beds/mattresses as an extra bed in the room.
 Now there is no hotel in Kedarnath Ji due to remote valley and limited sources. So accommodation will be
provided by government in Swiss tents/cottages in case of bed weather or any emergency. We have not
included any accommodation charges in Kedarnath. So if government charges any amount for Camps then the
same will be settled by the guests directly.
 Compulsory VIP darshan slip to be purchased at helipad if you use chopper service for Kedarnath darshan.
 If any sightseeing Place/Temples situated/comes on the way from one place to another then it will be shown on
the way only as vehicle will not suppose to go back for the same place again.
 All mentioned KM/timings are expected only, distance & timings may vary due to uncertain weather conditions,
accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, bad weather, landslides, political
closures or any untoward incidents & traffic Jams. In such circumstances route can be changed according to
situations.
 If number of days exceeds due to bad weather, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents & traffic
Jams. In such circumstances extra day’s accommodation, transportation with other expenditures (if any) will be
paid by the client to Company.
 Company will not held responsible for any changes or delays in air schedules, missed airline or other carrier
connections or other services.
 By receiving this terms & condition copy we presume that you have read all details carefully to avoid any last-
minute confusion.
 The mentioned rates are valid for the month of May 2018 only and any increase in government imposed taxes or
fuel charges would attract extra charges.
