The document provides floor plans and area details for Green 360 Lofts Towers apartment buildings. There are two building types - A and B - with 6 floors of apartments above a ground floor service area. Building type A has 329 sqm apartments on floors 2 through -2 and 158 sqm penthouse. Building type B has 319 sqm apartments and a 196 sqm penthouse. The developed and saleable areas and individual plot sizes are also specified.
Villa Tetris is a stacked villa development with 6 different apartment types located across multiple levels, including underground levels, ground level, apartment levels, and a roof level. Floor plans show the layout of sample apartments including rooms like the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Diagrams provide additional details on the building layout, common areas, and amenities such as the swimming pool, terrace garden, and Starbucks cafe.
The document describes a residential building plan consisting of five separate colored towers situated on a double-height plinth. The towers are designed to provide recognizability from a distance while acting as beacons in the harsh Russian climate. Their colors refer to the use of color in Russian architectural tradition. Cutouts in the plinth contain little squares that act as sheltered urban spaces and help transition from the urban domain to the private residences. The elevated surface of the plinth is designed as a collective roof garden to provide high quality outdoor space for inhabitants.

De INARI tafel. Geboren uit puur pragmatisme. Een
restant eiken lamelparket vormde de aanleiding
voor het ontwerp van deze tafel. De delen
hebben van zichzelf een vreemd soort esthetiek:
Het contrast tussen de simpele, grof afgewerkte
vuren ondergrond met een superstrak en
hoogwaardige toplaag van geolied eiken. Eenmaal
