Immunizing against MAO-B could cause greater cheerfulness and immunize against depression There is a possibility that immunizing against monoamine oxidase B causes greater longevity as well. This is similar to the antidepressant/longevity drug Deprenyl (Esam) There is an FDA approved MAO-B inhibitor for depression (deprenyl, esam). Immunizing against MAO-B could have the same effect and be a one injection or even oral vaccine that prevents it for decades or a lifetime. Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoamine_oxidase_B Notes that less MAO-B prevents many diseases and causes greater longevity. The drug deprenyl, and MAO-B inhibitor, causes lab mammals to live 9-30% longer as well. This could be a one dose longevity drug. A public domain idea.
