Compensation Plan (RTCP)
Ilgamos offers an exciting compensation plan. It is designed to reward all registered partners
generously for their efforts in expanding the client base of Ilgamos globally. Whenever a new sale is
registered in our system, earnings are credited immediately. Referral and gold bonuses are paid
instantly, while binary (infinity) and binary (infinity) matching bonuses are paid weekly to the cash
account of all affected partners.
Nobody has to wait weeks and months before they can enjoy the fruits of their work!
Ilgamos International’s RTCP offers various sources of income partners may profit from – whether
they wish to make a few extra EURs part time or create full financial stability for their families.
The Ilgamos RTCP helps our partners every step of the way. Bonuses have been designed to assist
partners from day one all the way to reaching financial independence.
70% of all bonuses are credited in EUR to the eWallets and 30% of all bonuses are credited in ILCs.
ILCs acquired as 30% of bonuses earned and through open market purchases are held in escrow
for 30 days.

Referral Bonus
When a new partner personally sponsored by you purchases an Entry, Basic, Medium, Business
and Smart Pack, you are eligible to receive 10% of the BV of that purchase. This is the Referral
Bonus.
Partners may profit from the Referral Bonus immediately after they have registered, helping those
with ambitious goals to generate significant incomes from the very beginning.
This means you receive the 10% Referral Bonus on Entry, Basic, Medium, Business and Smart
Pack purchases made by all your personally sponsored partners - regardless of the type of pack you
have.
Example: if you only have a €45 Entry Pack and register a new partner personally who buys the
Entry, Basic, Medium, Business and Smart Pack, you will receive 10% of the BV, or €4,5 from the
Entry Pack purchase, €12,50 from the Basic Pack purchase, €51,50 from the Medium Pack
purchase, €129,5 from the Business Pack purchase and a further €500 from he Smart Packs.

Binary sales system
As a member of the Ilgamos sales structure, you have two teams to work with: one on the left,
one on the right side (left leg, right leg). All new partners sponsored by you who have activated
their position by purchasing their €45 Entry Pack will be placed into your binary sales system by
you, their direct sponsor.
First, all newly activated partners will be placed into a temporary „holding tank” in your web office.
You have until the close of the week to place newly activated partners into any empty position in
your binary sales system, either in your left leg or your right leg.
Should you forget to select a place for your newly activated partner(s) before the weekly close, the
system will automatically place new partners in the leg with the lesser number of partners, by
default, just before the weekly close.
Naturally, you, like all partners, may invite as many new partners to your business as you like – in
fact, you are strongly encouraged to do so. The more directly sponsored partners you have, the
greater your overall rewards and benefits may be.

Infinity (or Binary) Bonus
The Infinity (or Binary) Bonus is paid from the sale of Entry, Basic, Medium, Business and Smart Pack
purchases.
If you have the Entry, Basic, Medium or the Business Pack, Infinity Bonus is 10% of the BV of all Entry,
Basic, Medium, Business and Smart Pack purchases made by partners in your pay leg (ie. the binary
leg with the lesser number of total BV in a week), from an unlimited depth.
If you have a Smart Pack, your Infinity Bonus is 12% of all BV in your pay leg for the week.
Currently, 1 BV equals €1 in bonuses calculated and credited (May 2016).
Infinity Bonuses are calculated and credited weekly after the close of the weekly binary period
(midnight Mondays Central European Time, CET). BV generated in the weaker leg is deleted from
both legs after the weekly close.

Infinity Bonus maximum weekly payout levels
To safeguard the financial stability of the company, Ilgamos has set the following maximum weekly
infinity bonus payout limits for each position:
For Entry Pack holders with 2 directly sponsored min. Entry Pack holders €300
For Entry Pack holders with 8 directly sponsored min. Entry Pack holders €1,200
For Entry Pack holders with 10 directly sponsored min. Entry Pack holders €1,500
For Basic Pack holders with 2 directly sponsored min. Basic Pack holders €900
For Basic Pack holders with 4 directly sponsored min. Basic Pack holders €1,800
For Medium Pack holders with 2 directly sponsored min. Medium Pack holders €3,500
For Business Pack holders with 2 directly sponsored min. Business Pack holders €8,000
These maximum payout limits are designed to motivate partners to build width.

Infinity Matching Bonus
If you have a Medium Pack and above, you may earn a percentage of the total Infinity Bonus
earnings of partners in your own genealogy, max. 5 levels deep (ie. Infinity Bonus earnings of your
personally sponsored partners and their personally sponsored partners and so on). In order to
receive infinity matching bonuses over any week, you need to earn infinity bonus for that week.
This bonus motivates all partners to help leaders in both their left and right legs earn higher and
higher Infinity Bonus incomes. The rates of the Infinity Matching Bonus are set out below.
For Medium Pack holders:
With 2 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (M2) 5% from the first generation
With 4 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (M4) 5% from the second generation
With 6 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (M6) 5% from the third generation
With 8 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (M8) 5% from the fourth generation
With 10 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (M10) 5% from the fifth generation
For Business Pack holders:
With 2 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (B2) 10% from the first generation
With 4 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (B4) 10% from the second generation
With 6 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (B6) 10% from the third generation
With 8 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (B8) 10% from the fourth generation
With 10 pers. sp. Medium or Business Pack holders (B10) 10% from the fifth generation

Overall Ilgamos Payout Limit
To ensure the financial stability of your business and the company, Ilgamos has set a maximum
bonus payout limit of 65% of total revenue.
After the close of each week, Referral Bonuses, Infinity Bonuses and Gold Bonuses will be calculated
and credited in full first. Matching bonuses are calculated as the second step. In order to stay within
the overall 65% total payout range, Infinity Matching Bonuses may be reduced, if necessary. In this
case an adjusted amount will be credited to eWallets. However, this is merely a safety measure as
Ilgamos do not intend to reduce Infinity Matching Bonuses under normal circumstances.

Binary and Binary Matching qualification
In order for you to receive Infinity Bonus, you need to meet these two conditions below:
- you have your own Entry Pack at least;
- you have one personally sponsored partner with at least an Entry Pack in both your left and right
leg in your binary sales structure.
In order for you to receive Infinity Matching Bonus, you need to meet all three conditions below:
- you have your own Medium Pack at least;
- you have one personally sponsored partner with at least a Medium Pack in both your left and right
leg in your binary sales structure
- you yourself have Infinity Bonus earned on the actual week.

Gold Bonus
Partners with a Business Pack may earn a bonus from all gold purchases made through the Ilgamos
system in the partners’ own genealogy team. The bonus is 0.5% - 0.5% of the € value of gold
purchased paid up to 10 levels deep (total gold bonus paid = 5% of the gold purchase value).

Optional Purchase Rights (OPRs)
Ilgamos offers, free of charge, OPRs to all partners who purchase Entry, Basic, Medium, Business
and Smart Pack(s).
The number of OPRs awarded is set out below:

OPRs may be converted into mining rights which give partners exclusive access to the ILCoin
mining pool. To receive more mining rights, thus more ILCoins, partners need to accumulate more
OPRs. OPRs may be acquired through: the purchase of packs.

Optional Purchase Rights (OPRs)
Partners have a choice at the time of their registration with Ilgamos whether to accept OPRs as a
free gift from the company or refuse to take them.
OPRs received from pack purchases are held in escrow for 60 days.
OPRs released from escrow may be converted to Mining Rights.
Under the Ilgamos Bonus OPR Program, partners may see the number of their OPRs double in
several steps, as set out below:
If you have the Entry + Basic Packs: OPRs double once
If you have the Medium Pack: OPRs will double again (2nd bonus)
If you have the Business Pack: OPRs will double again (3rd bonus)
If you have the Smart Pack: OPRs will double again (4th bonus)
All partners will see the number of their OPRs increase by 100% up to four times
(100% increase each time).

Partner Pack and OPRs
Ilgamos wishes to reward our loyal partners for sharing the company’s long term vision about the
potential of our own digital currency, ILCoin.
The system will ensure our partners purchase the €15 Partner Pack every 28 days by automatically
deducting €15 every 28 days from partners’ cash account (providing funds are available) and award
20 OPRs every 28 days to their OPR account, together with a further 5 OPRs awarded to their direct
sponsor’s OPR account.
These OPRs, like all other OPRs, will participate in the Ilgamos Bonus OPR Program, as outlined on
page 13, and they can be converted into Mining Rights and, ultimately, ILCoins.
