His thin upper-arm came out like a stick from the wavy edge
of his greyish-purple T-shirt: all skin and bone, no muscle at
     all.
● Without giving away too much of the plot, she's an old flame
of Morse's and he's brought in when her husband is found
     shot.
● An old flame disrupts the lives of four female friends.
● Sarah has kept a picture of herself in her underwear when she
     was literally skin and bone.
● Although not my cup of tea, I must admit Manchester United
is a whole new ball game.
● What a miserable thing life is: you're living in clover, only the
     clover isn't good enough.
●
I was the black sheep, you see, and Aunt Pamela didn't want
the neighbours suspecting I was my father's son
● But he has to be careful not to be the black sheep of the
    family.
● They always seem to be cheerful and full of beans.
● In one nursery school there were 150 children, gaily dressed
    and full of beans.
● TROUBLE-shooter Sir John Harvey Jones is back on TV
tonight (BBC2 9.45pm) and also back in the soup.
● By the way, I'm sorry if I dropped you in the soup just now.
