Innovative Consulting Group is a wom-
an-owned minority consulting firm spe-
cializing in Performance Improvement
and Instructional Design. Several years
of experience in Corporate America and
consulting on independent projects led
to the formation of the IC Group. The
owner’s workplace experiences and
educational background is the founda-
tion and catalyst behind IC Group’s for-
mation. The firm’s vision is to become a
principal consulting firm, using an in-
novative approach to performance im-
provement and training, one company
at a time.
That vision has grown over the past 10
years of designing and developing in-
structional materials. IC Group’s owner
possesses a Master of Training and De-
velopment Degree. She is currently, in
pursuit of her doctoral degree in In-
structional Design & Technology with a
primary focus in performance improve-
ment. She has experience creating tech-
nical and non-technical materials and
has worked with clients across various
industries and countries.
