the oil & gas industry and was the Legal
Director at Total for eighteen years. A PhD
candidate in Financial Law at the
Universidad de Buenos Aires, with several
postgraduate courses in the US and the UK.
He is a professor at the postgraduate
course on Oil & Gas at the Universidad de
Buenos Aires and teaches Energy Market
Regulations at the Instituto Tecnológico de
Buenos Aires.
