joga
Ženske, ki ukvarjajo z jogo ponavadi
tehtajo manj kot ostale. To so odkrili v
študiji, ki jo je pripravila revije
Ameriške zveze za dietetiko. In kakšna
naj bi bila povezava? Ljudje, ki se
ukvarjajo z jogo, naj bi imeli bolj
"miselni" pristop k prehranjevanju. Na
primer, kadar se nahajajo v restavraciji
in dobijo veliko porcijo, se tega
zavedajo, posledično pa ne pretiravajo
in pojedo le toliko, da se počutijo sito.
Raziskovalci menijo, da so skozi jogo
razvili tehniko, ki jim omogoča, da se
pravočasno zavedo, kdaj je hrane
dovolj in se prenajedanju uprejo.
3. Obroke si pripravite doma
Vsaj pet krat na teden, si pripravite
obrok doma. Zveni nemogoče?
Pripravljanje hrane je tudi za tiste, ki
tega niso vešči, lahko lažje kot so si
kadar koli predstavljali. Vnaprej
pripravljena živila, npr. zamrznjena
narezana zelenjava, oprana
solata, predhodno narezani piščančji
trakovi, so lahko skuhana izjemno
hitro. Ugotovili so namreč, da je
kuhanje domačih obrokov ena izmed
največjih skrivnosti tistih, ki hitreje
izgubljajo težo.
4. Prenehajte pravočasno
Večina ljudi si v času obedovanja, da
lahko nadaljuje z obrokom, privošči
krajšo pavzo. Takšen trenutek velja
izkoristiti, da z obrokom ne
nadaljujemo. Pospravimo ostanek s
krožnika in raje uživajmo v pogovoru s
preostalimi. Odmor je namreč
signal, da ste pojedli ravno dovolj.
5. Žvečite žvečilne gumije
Namesto slanega in visoko kaloričnega
prigrizka si raje privoščite žvečilni gumi
brez sladkorja in močnim okusom.
Večerja po službi, druženje na
zabavi, sedenje pred televizijo ali
brskanje po internetu, so le nekateri
sceneriji, ko si radi privoščimo kakšen
prigrizek, ki pa ni nujen. Žvečilni gumi z
močnim okusom namreč vpliva na
okus druge hrane, tako da nam le-ta ne
odgovarja.
6. Postrezite si na manjših
krožnikih
Namesto na 30cm, si hrano raje
postrezite na 25cm širokem
krožniku, tako boste avtomatično
pojedli manj. Dr. Brian Wansink
je, podobno kot pri
kozarcih, ugotovil, da na večjih
krožnikih pojemo bistveno več. S tem
trikom pojemo tudi 100-200 kalorij
manj na dan, kar pomeni 5-10
kilogramov letno. V času raziskave ni
nihče od sodelujočih začutil lakote, pa
čeprav so jim na manjši krožnik
postavili tudi za 200 kalorij manj.
7. Odmerite si primerne
porcije
Ljudje, ki lažje izgubljajo težo, so
povedali, da je izjemno pomembno, da
si hrano pripravimo v manjših
obrokih, vsaj petkrat na teden. Ko si
porcije odmerite nekajkrat, vam bo le-
to prišlo v navado in boste to počeli
avtomatično.
8. Pravilo 80-20
Pri današnjem načinu in tempo
življenja, pri obrokih ponavadi
pretiravamo, saj obedujemo, dokler ne
omagamo. V japonskem mestu
Okinawa, pa se ljudje držijo zanimivega
pravila, da pojedo samo 80% tega, kar
potrebujejo. Japonsko ime za to
navado je: hara hachi bu. To navado
lahko prevzamemo tako, da od vsakega
obroka odvzamemo 20% hrane, saj je
dokazano ne bi pogrešali.
9. Pravila za v restavracijo
V restavraciji, kjer se po navadi
prenajemo, se držite naslednjih nekaj
preprostih navodil:
• Razdelite si predjed s
prijateljem, prijateljico
• Naročite predjed, kot samostojno
jed
• Naročite manjšo, "otroško" porcijo
• Dopolnite manjšo predjed s
solato, ki bo uravnotežila obrok
10. Rdeče omake
Omake narejene na osnovi
paradižnika, imajo precej manj kalorij
kot kremne. Tudi tukaj pa ne pozabite
na velikost obroka.
11. Privoščite si brezmesne
obroke
Vegetarijanski obroki se pogosto
znajdejo na jedilnikih ljudi, ki so fit.
Prav tako vegetarijanci praviloma
tehtajo manj kot ostali. Čeprav za to
obstaja več razlogov, pa je dejstvo, da
so zelenjavni obroki polni vlaknin, ki
zelo pripomorejo k vaši presnovi.
12. Pokurite 100 kalorij več
Izgubite 5 kilogramov letno, zgolj z
kurjenjem 100-ih kalorij dnevno. Lotite
se katere izmed naslednjih aktivnosti:
• 20-minutni sprehod
• Vrtnarite 20 minut
• Pokosite zelenico okoli hiše
• Za 30 minut se lotite pospravljanja
hiše
• Lažji tek v naravi (10min)
13. Čestitajte si
Ko se boste odpovedali visoko-
kalorični pijači, ali uspeli dan preživeti
z manjšimi obroki, si preprosto
čestitajte, saj ste korak bližje
uresničitvi svojih ciljev. Že odpoved
manjših navadi je lahko izjemna
pridobitev za vaš način življenja, saj
tako ne boste potrebovali zapletenih
dietnih jedilnikov, hkrati pa boste živeli
bolj zdravo.
