BMC: its strategy management for develop your new or existing business It was initially by “alexander osterwolder” It’s an visual chart with elements describing your firms/product of your business 9 building business block to help you to create value to deliver your business (product/service) to customer The objective of this course to Help the learner to create and build their business model
  2. The learner outcome They can build and create their own “Business Model Canvas”
  3. Customer Segment Who is your customer It’s a community of customer/business that you are aiming to sell your (P/S) to
  4. Value Proposition What your customer need? (product/service) The collection of products and services a business offers to meet the needs of its customers.
  5. Channel How you will reach your customer ? Physical channel (retail store, place) Virtual channel (website, mobiles app)
  6. Customer relationship How does customer interact/respond It may be driven by motivation such as: (customer acquisition(sale or offer)/ customer retention(how your customer to become loyal to your brand) Boosting sale (build customer relation)
  7. Revenue Streams How to generate your money (ex: pricing mechanism) All item in right side represent a customer attract with

In left side we will represent instruction and operation need to support and run your business Key Resource What do you need to make your business work What are the most important assets required to make the business model work? Ex: *capital (financial) / *physical (building, car, manufacture) / *intellectual ( customer list, programmer, designer)
