Schools stifle creativity by having a rigid, planned system from a young age where students have no freedom or choice in what they learn. The system only values success and failure, but failing does not truly mean someone is bad or incapable. The school system itself is flawed in that it does not allow for creativity, and a new approach is needed that provides more opportunities for students to learn what interests them.
