A divorced mother with 3 children is overwhelmed with credit card debt after relying on cards following her husband leaving. She cannot afford to pay her creditors or file for bankruptcy due to the costs involved. She is constantly harassed by creditors at work and home and finds herself in court monthly to deal with collection efforts from one of her many credit cards.

I am a divorced mother of 3, 2 boys in college and 1 in her senior yr. of high s
school. After my husband left ( no clue to where he is) I lived off of my credit
cards, now I am OVER my head in debt. I cant afford to pay any of the creditors
and I can't afford bankruptcy. I am constantly being harrassed at work, home an
d going to court seems like every month for one of the credit cards I had. I'm a
