Katy and Becca spent a night at the famous Chelsea Hotel in New York City, known for its eccentric patrons such as Jack Kerouac, Bob Dylan, and Arthur C. Clarke. The hotel, located at 222 W 23rd Street, has floorboards that seem to move and quotes scrawled on the walls from famous residents expressing their creative spirit and defiance of conformity.

9. The White Horse's other famous patrons included Jack Kerouac, who made such a spectacle of himself that on one occasion another patron scrawled on the bathroom mirror: "KEROUAC GO HOME!"
